Rest and Active Heart Beat

Trend: Usually, everyone's heart beat when they're resting is around 60-80. But after they exercise, their heart beats raised more than 100...So, the more active you are, the faster your heart beats will be.

Introduction

Wassup!!!! My name is Khoi, and i always try my best on what I'm working on. I have lots of hobbies, but studying about fashion is one of the most important thing to me.
As you know, ICT is a really important subject; because it provides you things that you need to know, to work in the future. So, if you're studying ICT or will study ICT, try your best and study as hard as possible.
The target for myself in this semester is improve skills of everything about ICT( because I'm bad at ICT, even though i know it's important). So, I'll always try my best, work harder, to have a good result and have more knowledge about ICT.
